WHAT DO YOU NEED TO FORMAT MY BOOK? To start working on your book formatting, I need your FINAL, proofread manuscript in electronic PDF format, information about your book and genre, and few extra details specific to the layout of your book (such as publishing platform, and book size).
WHEN CAN I EXPECT THE READY FILES? I will provide you with the first draft in 10-14 business days, which is the fastest turnaround compared to other companies
CAN YOU EDIT OR GIVE ME FEEDBACK ON THE MANUSCRIPT I GIVE YOU TO FORMAT? Unfortunately, at this time, I am not offering any editing or beta-reading services.
DO YOU OFFER A 100% REFUND? Sure, I can provide a 100% money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the first draft.
WHAT IF I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE FORMATTED DRAFT YOU HAVE SENT? That’s not a problem. I provide unlimited formatting changes within the first month until you’re 100% satisfied. Note, that I provide unlimited changes only for the FIRST draft. When the manuscript is approved by you, additional fees for changes are applied.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES? Yes, I take additional fees for editing more than 2 images ($5 per image), creation of charts and graphs ($15 per one), and decorative elements ($25). Also, we take an extra fee if your manuscript contains more than 10 images.
